The data referred to in letter A) will be processed by the above-mentioned Data Controller to send, by telephone or e-mail, communications/technical information on tax matters, communications relating to activities, the signing of agreements with third-party companies that allow you to take advantage of discounts/ benefits/offers/facility of various kinds.

 

LEGAL BASIS AND NATURE OF THE PROVISION

The legal basis of the data processing from the lett. A) to D) referred to in purposes no. 1 is the fulfillment of the obligations established by current regulations. The provision of data is necessary to benefit from the service.

The legal basis for the use of images and audio/video recordings (letter E) pursuant to purpose no. 2 is the consent freely released by the user. The provision of data will not affect the provision of the service.

STORAGE TIME

The data provided will be kept for the period of time necessary for the pursuit of the purposes indicated above and in any case no later than the terms established by specific legal obligations. For the collection of any particular data, for the use of images, audio and/or video recordings or, for the sending of communications/technical information, such data will be processed until consent is revoked.

 

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA AND TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

The data will be processed by appointed personnel, suitably trained and operating under the authority and responsibility of the Data Controller. Some of the information may be communicated to third parties and partners or companies that carry out activities instrumental to the purposes indicated above. For the sharing of photo/video material, the data is transferred to the company Google LLC. Google LLC could transfer the data outside the European Union, in this case the transfer will take place in full compliance with every guarantee provided for by the legislation on the protection of personal data and ensuring adequate protection for the interested party by signing specific agreements (Privacy Shield, etc…). Only the data strictly necessary for the performance of the relative functions will be communicated to the subjects indicated above.

 

THE RIGHTS

We also inform you that, in relation to the data itself, you, as an interested party, can exercise the rights provided for in CHAPTER III of the Regulation at any time. In particular, you have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to data concerning you, their rectification or cancellation, integration of incomplete data, limitation of processing, to receive data in a commonly used and readable structured format from an automatic device, to revoke any consent given, to oppose all or part of the use of the data, as well as to exercise the other rights recognized by the applicable regulations.
